Competition Terms and Conditions

The following general terms and conditions apply to all Eden Training Solutions prize promotions unless superseded by the specific terms of any individual promotion. By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions.

The Promoter of each prize draw is Eden Training Solutions Ltd (otherwise referred to as “Eden Training Solutions”) of Unit 8 Courtyard 31, Normanton, WF6 1JU, United Kingdom.

In respect of each prize draw, the number of overall winners and full prize details will be as described in the relevant social media post, webpage or promotional material.

Eden Training Solutions reserves all rights to any intellectual property submitted by or on behalf of entrants. Eden Training Solutions may use any submitted content, where relevant to the competition, for marketing and promotional purposes across online and print channels, including but not limited to press, website content and social media.

The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by Eden Training Solutions within the stated competition period.

Prize promotions are open to UK residents only, unless otherwise stated in the relevant competition post, excluding employees of Eden Training Solutions, their immediate families, agents, or any third parties directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

All entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

This prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary to do so.

The prize is provided as a complimentary gift and must not be exchanged for cash or resold. If, within a reasonable period, Eden Training Solutions becomes aware that a prize has been sold for profit, the Promoter reserves the right to require payment of the recommended retail price (RRP).

Entries submitted outside of the stated competition period will not be counted.

By entering, entrants accept that if they win, Eden Training Solutions may rely on its legitimate interests to publish the winner’s name (and setting if applicable) for the purpose of announcing the winner publicly. Winners may also be asked to participate in reasonable post-competition publicity. Winners may object to the publication of their details or request that less information is published at any time.

Personal information about the winner may be shared with third-party prize providers where necessary to fulfil or deliver the prize.

Winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date and must provide a valid postal address and contact number to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

If an email address is required as part of the competition entry process, all entrants must provide a valid email address. Any email addresses collected will be stored and processed in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not successfully submitted due to technical fault, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

The decisions of Eden Training Solutions as Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The name and setting of the winner(s) will be available within 28 days of the closing date upon written request to Eden Training Solutions Ltd at Unit 8 Courtyard 31, Normanton, WF6 1JU, United Kingdom.

Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Eden Training Solutions reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. The closing date for entries is 11.45pm on the date specified in the relevant social media post and/or webpage.

Eden Training Solutions reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion and/or these terms and conditions where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or where it considers it necessary or appropriate to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, except for liability arising from fraud or from death or personal injury caused by negligence, Eden Training Solutions excludes all liability for any direct or indirect loss, damage or harm arising from the promotion or participation in it.

The promotion and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
