About the Course and Who Is It For?
Our Level 5 Coaching in the Early Years Apprenticeship is designed for experienced Early Years professionals who want to develop advanced coaching and mentoring skills. This qualification empowers you to lead reflective practice, support colleagues, and create a culture of continuous improvement within your setting.
Ideal Candidates:
- Already coaching or mentoring others, formally or informally
- Completed EYITT, EY SENCO Award, or Early Years Apprenticeship
- Want to progress into leadership roles and influence practice
- Committed to professional development and sector best practice

GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above (or Level 2 Functional Skills)
- Right to Work
Right to work and study in the UK
Criteria:
- Right to Work & Study in the UK (and lives in England with 3+ years’ residency)
- Not currently in full-time education
- Minimum 30 hours per week employment
- Employer commitment to off-the-job training
- Mandatory DBS check required
- Management responsibilities in early years setting
