Eden Tech Tips-How to Add Teams Backgrounds

In this tutorial, you will learn how to add Eden teams background to your video setup, in an easy step by step guide. You can watch the video here, or use the screenshots below.

Step 1

Navigate to the SharePoint homepage https://edentraining1.sharepoint.com/ 

Step 2

Type into the search box and click Marketing Hub.

Step 3

Navigate to the folder tile called Brand Assets.

Step 4

Click on the folder called Internal Assets.

Step 5

Click on the folder called Teams Background

Step 6

Click the top-left tick to select every image,Click Download.

Step 7

Select your downloads folder,Click Save.

Step 8

Open up Calendar in Microsoft Teams, and Click Meet Now then Start Meeting.

Step 9

Click Background Filters, then in the top-right, Click Add New.

Step 10

Click your Downloads Folder, then in the bottom-right, Click to show All Files.

Step 11

Right-click on your Zip File, then click Extract All. Click Extract in the new window.

Step 12

Alternatively, open up your Folder Viewer and find your Downloads Folder and right-click to Extract All.

Step 13

Select the Teams Background image you wish to use, Click Open.

Step 14

Your new Teams Background will appear at the bottom, Click on it to apply the background.
