Once we match the right candidate to your vacancy, our Career Connect team will be on hand to support the apprenticeship journey for learners’ from filling in their application through to helping them to secure the job and starting their Apprenticeship.

our simple process:
Step 1:
Discuss employer needs, obtain job description, confirm apprentice pay
rate.
Step 2:
Contact candidates based on employer feedback and confirm if they’ve been successful or unsuccessful with their interview.
Step 3:
Interview screen shortlisted candidates to determine their suitability to the advertised role.
Step 4:
Suitable candidates presented to the employer to review for interview selection.
Step 5:
Contact candidates based on employer feedback and confirm if they’ve been successful or unsuccessful following their interview
Step 6:
Liaise with the employer and apprentice to organise the start date of employment and the apprenticeship.
Step 7:
Carry out the on-boarding process to induct your apprentice onto the chosen apprenticeship.
Courses Available
Nurseries and schools have access to the following courses when they use Eden’s recruitment services:
Paediatric First Aid
The Paediatric First Aid Certificate is a mandatory component of the Early Years Educator Apprenticeship.
Child’s Developing Mind
This course will provide the student with a basic understanding of the functions of the conscious and subconscious minds, as they apply to young children.
SENCO
The Level 3 Award for Special Education Needs Coordinators in Early Years qualification is aimed at Level 3 Nursery Practitioners in a private, voluntary or independent setting.
SENCO (CPD)
Additional CPD training to support SENCO trained staff.
